When you sign up for our services, you agree to Aqua Surf School's corporate policies.

Policy

All services will be conducted at the scheduled time unless weather conditions warrant otherwise.  AQUA SURF School, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any service if we believe ocean conditions are too dangerous.  However, your credit for the canceled services may be applied toward a future lesson, class, or service, or a refund may be issued.

IMPORTANT:
Aqua Surf School, Inc. is not responsible for expenses incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations or illness/sickness.
Each participating student (customer) must sign a Liability Form the day of the service, or AQUA SURF School, Inc. reserves the right NOT to teach potential students (customers). Students (customers) will not be entitled to any services or refunds, if they do not sign a liability form(s).

CANCELLATION:
In order to receive a 100% refund (minus any processing fees), Aqua Surf School requires a 72-hour advance notice for canceling scheduled appointments. In order to receive a 50% refund (minus any processing fees), Aqua Surf School requires a 48-hour advance notice. There is no refund and/or credit given for anyone who DOES NOT show or PROVIDE at least a 48-hour notification stating that they wish to cancel/change a scheduled appointment. There is a $25 processing fee for ALL canceled services.

RESCHEDULING:
You must give notice at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to receive a full credit.  You may then reschedule for a future lesson using your credit.  The first rescheduled service is free, thereafter, a $25 reprocessing fee will apply to any schedule changes.

CAMPS:

Cancellation and Refunds: To ensure accuracy, refunds and cancellations must be submitted in writing. Please allow six to eight weeks for refunds from camp cancelations. In order to receive a 100% refund (minus the processing and cancellation fees) for cancelled surf camp attendance, Aqua Surf requires a 72-hour advance notice. There is a $125 cancellation fee for EACH week of Surf Camp that you cancel in advance. If you signed up for a week of Surf Camp, and only attended one day and then decided to cancel the remaining week, you will be charged for each individual day at the SINGLE day rate (currently $125 per day).

Camp Packages: Week packages are significantly discounted, and are non-refundable. However, you can rollover or transfer unused credit for future camps, classes, or lessons. In order to qualify, you must notify us of a cancellation ten days prior to your scheduled reservation(s). Single day packages are non-refundable, however, they never expire, and you can use them for future camps or lessons.

Rescheduling:  To Receive a full credit for rescheduled Surf Camp attendance, Aqua Surf School requires a 72-hour advance notice. You may then reschedule for a future Surf Camp using any applicable credit. The first rescheduled service is free. If you need to reschedule your service again, a processing fee of $25 will apply to all additional rescheduled activities.

Refunds or make-up days for missed camp days are unavailable to students (customers). Courtesy make-up days are rarely approved, however, you may submit a make-up request via email.

Drop-off and Pick-up: Drop-off is from 8:45 AM to 9:15 AM and pick-up is from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM. If customers need or choose to pick-up students later, or drop them off earlier, they will be charged for extended care (currently $12 an hour, per child).

CLASSES:

We require at least four participants to conduct classes. If there are fewer than four participants, the surf class will roll over to the following week. Aqua Surf School will issue you a full refund if you are unable to reschedule.

LESSONS & PACKAGES:

Cancellation: To receive a 100% refund for a cancelled surf package (minus the processing fees), Aqua Surf School requires a 30-day advance notice. To receive a 50% refund (minus the processing fee) when cancelling a scheduled surf package, we require two weeks advance notice. There is no refund and/or credit given for anyone who DOES NOT show up for a scheduled lesson without having provided prior notification.

Surf packages are non-refundable and they expire six months from the date of purchase. However, extensions and credits may be granted depending on individual circumstances. Submit credit, and extension requests in writing via emailing: info@aquasurfschool.com or mail in your request.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

Gift Certificates: are non-refundable, but they never expire. At any time, students (customers) may redeem gift certificates for the specific service noted.

Business, Corporate, Film, Group, Non-Profit, Personal, and VIP - Events/Services: We require ten days advance notice when rescheduling such events. The first rescheduled service is free; however, any expenses incurred by Aqua Surf or its affiliates will be the responsibility of the contracting party. If you need to reschedule your event again, a processing fee of $125 will apply thereafter. Deposits and/or payments are non-refundable once you enter the ten day notification period. Your ability to reschedule and apply any credit will be null and void 72-hours before your confirmed appointment. Last minute appointments made within the 72 hour period are also non-refundable.
